1. Nature of the service
- HaiWen HQ is a B2B software platform for go-global compliance and ESG self-service advisory, providing compliance assessments, knowledge retrieval, report generation and collaboration tools.
- Platform outputs (including AI-generated content) are decision-support information and do not constitute legal advice, audit opinions or certification conclusions, nor replace licensed counsel, auditors or certification bodies.
2. Accounts and organizations
- You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials; organization admins are responsible for member access authorization.
- Organization data is tenant-isolated; you may not attempt to access other organizations’ data or bypass access controls.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful activity, infringing content, or unauthorized security testing of the platform.
- Do not falsify citations or conclusions in AI outputs for external distribution; keep source attributions when sharing reports externally.
4. Subscription and fees
- Features and quotas of paid plans follow your order form or the plan page; Starter (free) plan quotas may change at any time.
- Until billing is formally enabled, plan and price displays in the product are indicative only.
5. IP and data
- The platform and its content (excluding your data) belong to HaiWen; you retain all rights to the data you enter and grant us the processing license needed to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The platform is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, HaiWen is not liable for indirect losses arising from business decisions made in reliance on platform outputs.
- Regulatory environments change frequently — consult licensed professionals and verify current legal texts before critical decisions.
7. Changes and termination
- We may update these terms and post changes on this page; material changes will be separately notified.
- You may stop using the service and request organization-data deletion at any time; use in breach of these terms may be suspended or terminated.
