The region offers compute, storage, container, networking, security, database, big-data and cloud-native services on local infrastructure, and Alibaba Cloud said it plans to introduce a suite of enterprise-grade agentic AI services there (ACS Agent Sandbox, DAS Agent, Data Agent for Analytics, DataWorks Data Agent, Agent Security Center, AI Security Guardrails 2.0, Agentic SOC). It follows the Mexico region opened in February 2025.
