KEENON service robots entered the Brazilian market through Brazilian distributor Quality Systems (Uberlandia, Minas Gerais), announced in February 2024: Estado de Minas reports the robots were 'trazidas pela empresa brasileira Quality Systems, de Uberlandia... em parceria com a Keenon, maior fabricante do mundo neste segmento', with the concierge/butler model W3 and the waiter model T5 aimed at hotels, shopping centres and restaurants. A concrete installation is documented: the Mercure Uberlandia Plaza Shopping hotel (Uberlandia, MG) put a W3 butler robot into service, which rides the lift autonomously and delivers room service and meals to guests (TI INSIDE, 2024-07-12).

On 27 August 2026 Alibaba Cloud launched its first cloud region in Brazil (São Paulo), comprising two new data centres — its first cloud region in South America. The region offers compute, storage, container, networking, security, database, big-data and cloud-native services on local infrastructure, and Alibaba Cloud said it plans to introduce a suite of enterprise-grade agentic AI services there (ACS Agent Sandbox, DAS Agent, Data Agent for Analytics, DataWorks Data Agent, Agent Security Center, AI Security Guardrails 2.0, Agentic SOC). It follows the Mexico region opened in February 2025.
